Amanda is a Queen’s Counsel at Garden Court Chambers.  She was called to the Bar in 1995. Since being called to the Bar, she has specialised in judicial review and civil actions against public authorities. Amanda is a featured author of Judicial Review: a practical guide (third edition).

Toni-Ann Murphy


Toni-Ann is a student of Psychology at Bath University. Since joining university she has gone on to become a student ambassador, specifically working with the outreach department to encourage young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to apply to university. She is one of the founders of the newly affiliated Women in Business society at her university. She is currently on her placement year at UCL as research assistant but hopes to pursue a career in business upon graduation.

Sue is a former trustee of PRCBC. She is a senior partner  at Deighton Pierce & Glynn Solicitors with almost 30 years’ experience of innovative public interest litigation and collaboration with non-profit organisations and campaigners, first in a Law Centre and since 2003 at the firm. Sue is particularly well known for her work to protect the basic rights of migrants.

Ronan is a barrister at Landmark Chambers.  He was called to the Bar in 1999.  He is the general editor and co-author of Macdonald’s Immigration Law and Practice.
